MamaCare ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the personal data of breastfeeding mothers, infants, and partners who access our services. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and safeguard your data when using the MamaCare application, including the Latch Assistant and AI Coach features.

By registering an account or using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in this document. We comply with COPPA guidelines and maintain rigorous security standards to keep your private sanctuary safe.

2. Camera & Latch Assistant

Our Latch Assistant feature uses advanced on-device computer vision models to evaluate breastfeeding posture and head alignment.

The output generated is purely numeric feedback scores (e.g. alignment indicators 1 to 10) that are saved to your local device database so you can view your personal latch progress over time.

3. AI Coach Logs

Our AI Coach uses encrypted chat logs to maintain the state of your conversations. If you choose to log your baby's sleep, feeding intervals, or mood indices, that data is securely stored inside your private account database. We do not sell, rent, or lease your conversation logs or tracking milestones to any third-party marketing companies.

4. Secure Storage

All persistent user accounts, chat logs, and settings parameters are stored using industry-standard AES-256 database encryption. Access controls are strictly audited.

5. Your Rights

You have full ownership of your data on our platform. At any point, you can download a complete log of your account data or permanently request account deletion through your dashboard Profile settings.
