1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MamaCare application, website, and associated features. By registering an account or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Not Medical Advice: MamaCare provides AI-guided scheduling, tracking, and educational computer vision feedback. All suggestions, scores, and coach responses are for informational purposes only. They are not clinical diagnoses or replacements for professional medical consultations.

Always consult a certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), pediatrician, or family physician regarding nursing postures, baby weight parameters, or infant health milestones.

3. Accounts & Conduct

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit guardian consent) to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. MamaCare reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate community rules or generate malicious inputs.

4. Subscriptions & Fees

MamaCare offers premium subscription plan options (monthly and annual terms). Subscription billings are charged automatically at the start of each cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any point through your Superadmin Billing Settings, and your access will remain valid until the end of the paid interval.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MamaCare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or local vision features.
